Our Products

Where are your products made?

All our designs are proudly made in Whistler. Our patches are custom made in small batches with our partner patch workshop in China.

Our t-shirts and headwear are patched on by hand in Whistler. T-shirts are printed is Whistler with our local partner print-shop. The canvas garment or headwear are sourced by batch with varying origin, as labeled on the item itself. Should you wish to find our the origin of the exact item, contact us to find out at time of placing your order.

How do I care for my patch?

Once sewn onto a garment or accessory, follow the same washing and caring instructions for the attached garment/ canvas. Avoid hot water, bleach, strong detergent and fabric softeners.

What is the best way to wash my garment or hat?

T-shirts: To best prolong the life and look of DTF print from abrasion or fading in the wash, wash inside out with gentle/ delicate cycle or hand wash to reduce friction. Use cold water. Use a mild detergent and avoid fabric softeners.

Headwear: Hand wash with cold or room temperature water with soap or a mild detergent.

How do I know the quality of your products?

Our products have been tested for durability, colour transfer or bleeding.

Are your patches available as iron-on?

Our patches are NOT iron-on as they tend to have less longevity and are not suitable for all fabrics. We are happy to help you with a custom order with iron-on backing (must be 50 or more patches, per style), upon request.

How do I know what size fits me?

Please refer to size charts at individual product pages. Specific measurements will be provided, as well as description of fit.

Do you sell gift cards or vouchers?

Unfortunately, not at the moment. We are still working on providing gift cards.

Orders & Shipping

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners, PayPal, ApplePay and GooglePay for online orders.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs vary depending on the delivery quantity, delivery location and delivery type and are displayed directly at your check out page before you make the purchase.

How do you package/ ship your products?

For an order with only patches, we place them in recyclable paper envelopes.

For orders with garments or headwear, they are folded and sealed in waterproof mailer bags.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our order processing time are 1-5 business days, depending whether customization is required.

At check out, you will be able to see estimated mailing window.

Free patches are mailed through Canada Post and usually takes 10-17 business days to arrive.

How can I track my order?

You can select shipping method at the time of check-out.

For free shipping of orders of patches, you will not receive a tracking number.

For other orders (Whistler local free delivery excluded), expect an email to your inbox with the tracking number once your order is shipped. However, should you not hear from us 5 business days after your order date, just shoot us a quick email at info.patchlab@gmail.com, and we'll happily look into it for you.

Can I buy your products outside of Canada?

Yes. Shipping will be calculated automatically at check out. Please note that your bank might add additional fees for cross border payments. Patch Lab Whistler does not compensate these charges. You can check with your bank for more information.

What is your return/ exchange policy?

We stand by the quality of our products. If there are any issues with your order, please email us at info.patchlab@gmail.com and we'll do our best to find a solution.

  • Products need to be in brand new condition with proof of purchase.
  • Return/ exchange requests need to be initiated within 30 days of the order delivery date.
  • All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns

Can I return an item bought on sale?

All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

What to do if I never received a confirmation email?

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely that your order have not actually been processed, OR an incorrect email address was entered for your order. If you are certain that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check the spam folder.

If you are still experience issues, contact us and we'll help.

If I am located in another country, will I receive customs/import fees?

Please note the prices does not include taxes/VAT. If the value of your order exceeds the toll free limit in your market, extra fees might be applied for import taxes/custom duties upon delivery. Patch Lab Whistler does not compensate these charges. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

What if my order is a gift?

Leave us a note at your shopping cart page and we'll leave out any price related information (packing slip etc.).

We also can do a hand written note on request to be included with the package, get it here. Unfortunately we don't have gift wrapping.

Can I find your products offline or in store?

We currently only have an online store but some of our partner stores carry our items offline - see below.

Do you have any discount/ coupon/ promo codes available?

At the moment we don't have discount/ coupon/ promo codes available. We do run special promotions through our social media from time to time.

Do you make custom patches or designs?

Yes. Currently, our manufacturing process only allow for custom orders of 50 or more pieces. Price will vary according to design, quantity and your requests.

Children's Data

The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children. As of the Effective Date of this Privacy Policy, we do not have actual knowledge that we "share" or "sell" (as those terms are defined in applicable law) personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.

Security and Retention of Your Information

Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security." In addition, any information you send to us may not be secure while in transit. International Users

Please note that we may transfer, store and process your personal information outside the country you live in, including the United States. Your personal information is also processed by staff and third party service providers and partners in these countries.
If we transfer your personal information out of Europe, we will rely on recognized transfer mechanisms like the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or any equivalent contracts issued by the relevant competent authority of the UK, as relevant, unless the data transfer is to a country that has been determined to provide an adequate level of protection.

For the purpose of applicable data protection laws, we are the data controller of your personal information. We use Google Analytics to collect data. We need this data to understand how you use our website so we can improve its design and functionality. We also need the data to get the most out of our marketing campaigns.
